The first brick purchased for the NEW Parkside High School Legacy Brick Garden was from Brian Briggs where he proudly celebrates the legacy of the Briggs Family at Parkside High School. Three generations, and counting, of Briggs have either graduated, or worked, or both, at Parkside. Let’s show Salisbury, Wicomico County, and Maryland how proud you are of Parkside High School and how it meant to you. Celebrating 50 Years of Pride, Excellence, and Tradition Join us in commemorating five decades of Parkside Pride! We will be creating a NEW Parkside High School Legacy Brick Garden that will be placed near the front entrance of the school so that all will be able to see it.  The Parkside High School Legacy Brick Garden is a lasting way to honor our school’s legacy and celebrate the people who make it special. Purchase a custom engraved brick to: • Commemorate your time at Parkside • Remember a loved one • Honor a teacher, coach, or classmate • Celebrate a graduation or milestone • Share words of inspiration Your personalized brick will become a permanent part of Parkside’s history, laid in front of the school in our beautiful Legacy Brick Garden. All proceeds support school beautification projects and the ongoing upkeep of the Legacy Brick Garden, ensuring it remains a proud symbol of our community for years to come. Leave your mark. Celebrate the legacy. Show your Parkside Pride! Here is the link to purchase your brick: https://www.bricksrus.com/donorsite/parkside Please share this with all the RAMFAM you know! Also, if you would prefer to do this in person and on paper, just stop by the Parkside office as we have paper copies of this as well. 💚🤍🐏🤍💚

From Mrs. Holdren and the Parkside Spanish National Honor Society: PJ’s for Babies ~A Gift of Warmth and Love There is this quote I love :“We have two hands: one to help and one to give.” This month my SNHS students turned this quote into action to help The Joseph House Crisis Center in Salisbury; with compassion and dedication, they donated 53 cozy baby pajamas for 53 precious babies , yes all for the Crisis Center; bringing comfort and warmth to many little ones that needed most. Our goal was 50. We started our mission: preparing, counting, and recognizing a bigger need. For my kids this was a lesson of service, a lesson in empathy, love and the power of giving. Our students proved that age doesn’t limit impact. They are building a legacy of kindness that will ripple into the future. Because helping someone in need is more than a project; it’s a principle for life. I couldn't be more proud today of each of them, I'm thankful for our officers who did an amazing job with the delivery as well, they are amazing!! Thank you Mrs. Holdren and the PHS SNHS for always thinking of others first!

CHILDREN and SCREEN TIME! On January 29, 2026, the Infants and Toddlers Program, in collaboration with the Judy Center, will host a caregiver training titled “Children and Screen Time: What We Know and What Should Parents Do About It?”

Dr. Matt Edelstein, Director of the Brief Treatment Clinic at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, will present to parents, caregivers, childcare providers, and private/parochial school partners during a morning and early evening session.

This is a free training for our community and is paid for using IDEA Part C and Judy Center grant funds. Dr. Edelstein’s presentation will provide attendees with greater knowledge and awareness of the impact of screen time on behavior and development. Additionally, attendees will learn more about how to set limits on devices and other media applications.

Reserve your spot today using the QR code on the flyer!
